2. Preheating section. After pre-treatment, it is required to enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8-10 minutes. When the glass bottle reaches the powder spraying room, it is required to make the sprayed workpiece have a certain amount of residual heat, so as to increase the adhesion of the powder foam.


3. Glass bottle soot blowing purification section. If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this section is essential. Otherwise, if there is a lot of dust adsorbed on the workpiece, there will be a lot of particles on the surface of the processed workpiece, which will reduce the quality.


4. Powder spraying section. The key point of this section is the technical problem of the duster. To create good quality, it is worthwhile to pay for a skilled master.


5. Drying section. The temperature and baking time should be paid attention to in this section. Generally, 180-200 ℃ is better for the powder, and the material of the workpiece should be considered. There is also drying furnace from the powder room should not be too far, generally 6 meters is good.
